To investigate the disputes of the negative items on your credit report, the bureaus require proof of your identification. A scanned image is best, but if a photo is used, please disable the flash. Keep the image upright and straight.

Acceptable forms of identification:

• State ID
• Driver’s License
• U.S. Military ID Card
• U.S. Passport
• Resident Alien Card

Please provide a proof of address that contains the same address provided in your proof of identification. If the addresses do not match, we will not be able to proceed with the disputing process. Once again, using a scanner is best, but if a camera is used, be sure to disable the flash and keep the image upright and straight.

Acceptable proof of address:

• 1099 (preferred document)
• W-2 (preferred document)
• Pay Stub
• Utility Bill
• Internet Bill
• Phone Bill
• Bank Statement
• Mortgage Statement

All documents must contain the most recent date possible. If your proof of address is more than 60 days old, it will be rejected.
